Interested in ceramics on the wheel? Making plates, bowls, mugs, etc? This is the class for you! Any skill level is welcome but the class is geared more towards beginners. Students will be allowed to have Open Studio outside of class time, with more information sent out before class begins.

In this 6-week course, students will become familiar with the basics of watercolor painting. By learning techniques such as washes, layering, and gradients, students will get to try their hand at different botanical paintings with a final rose painting at the end. A supply list will be provided after registration, with some materials provided by the studio. This course is open to all levels, though basics will be the focus point of the class!

Want to try something new? Come join us in this traditional Ukrainian painting class for a change of style. You will learn different brush techniques and will create art folk compositions of flowers and birds. It is fun and simple! Anyone can do it!

In this 7-week course, students will become familiar with the basics of acrylic painting. Beginning the class with color mixing, students will then choose a reference image to recreate on the canvas. Students will use the 8 weeks to create 2-4 paintings, depending on size and complexity. The studio will provide all materials, but students may bring their own to use. Reference images must be a physical copy (i.e. printed out or a hard copy) and brought with students to class. This course is open to all levels, though basics will be the focal point of the class! Students can repeat class.

Come learn how to embroider with us! Students will begin this intensive by learning the different stitches with hands-on guidance from the Teaching Artist. The remaining classes will entail each student to pick a personal project(s) to work on using their imagination and creativity. From flowers to animals to characters, there is so much to pick from! This class is for beginners but any experience level is welcome. Supplies will be provided! Class is repeatable for students to continue their embroidery journey.
