The artroom refund policy

  • A month or more prior: 
    - 100% refund (minus a 5% processing fee) or 100% credit

  • 3 weeks prior:
    - 75% refund or 100% credit

  • 2 weeks prior:
    - 50% refund or 100% credit

  • Less than 1 week prior:
    - 100% credit

Once the class or camp has started, a refund will not be available. If you need to unenroll from a class after it’s started, credit can be given for the remaining classes if approved by the Director. Credit is available to be used within a year of it being issued! For pro-rated class fees, please read question below.

For summer camps, you can switch weeks for no charge as long as space is available.

 

is there financial aid for Summer Camps?

Yes, upon approval from our Director. If you are interested in registering your child for one of our Summer Camps and are in need of financial assistance, please reach out to us via email.

 

Can I join a class after the session has started?

Yes, upon instructors approval. We will prorate the fee for you, and charge you only for the remaining weeks of the session. There is an additional $25 fee for starting the session late. 

 

If I miss a class, can I make it up?

If you notify us that you will be absent on a specific day before the beginning of the session, we can offer you to pay a prorated cost. If you haven't notified us of your absence in advance, we will not refund the class. We do not offer makeup classes at this time.

 

Can i try a class one time?

**Our policy has changed. At this time, we do not offer drop-in or makeup classes due the sizing of our studio and the nature of our classes. If you know before registration and at least 2 or more weeks before the class begins that there is a one you will miss, we can prorate the class fee for you.

 
 

Can my child attend camp for part of the time?

Camps can be prorated, as long as you communicate with us before registration and at least 2 weeks before camp begins. Just keep in mind, your child will miss out on projects planned and might not have time to finish everything they will work.

 

If My child is sick and I cannot give advanced notice for missing camp, can i get a refund?

No. We can only offer you credit for unseen sickness. The spot you have already registered and paid for is held for your child. Because of this we cannot allow other students to register and fill the spot for that camp session. 

 

If I'm having a party and fewer guests show up than I confirmed, do I still have to pay for them?

Yes. Once the guest number has been confirmed, there is no change in price.
