Can I join a class after the session has started?
Yes! We will prorate the fee for you, and charge you only for the remaining weeks of the session. There is an additional $25 fee for starting the session late.
If I miss a class, can I make it up?
If you notify us that you will be absent on a specific day before the beginning of the session, you can either choose to make up the class or pay a prorated cost. Makeups will be a single class drop-in during the same session as the missed class.
If you haven't notified us of your absence in advance, we will not refund the class or offer a makeup.
Can i try a class one time?
Yes, you can drop-in to a class and try it for a fee of $30. We must be notified 24 hours in advance of your drop-in, and will accept cash or check payment upon your arrival to class. We do not recommend dropping into ceramics classes as projects take several weeks to complete. We will not accept walk-ins.
I need to cancel my class. Can i get a refund?
If you notify us two weeks prior to the first day of class, you can receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Can my child attend camp for part of the time?
**Our policy has changed. Our camps are designed to be attended daily and in completion (whether it be 3 days or a full 5 days) . If a day is missed, we cannot offer a refund or prorated fee.
If My child is sick and I cannot give advanced notice for missing camp, can i get a refund?
No. We can only offer you credit for unseen sickness. The spot you have already registered and paid for is held for your child. Because of this we cannot allow other students to register and fill the spot for that camp session.
If I'm having a party and fewer guests show up than I confirmed, do I still have to pay for them?
Yes. Once the guest number has been confirmed, there is no change in price.
Can I get credit for the remaining cost of my class/camp?
Yes, we offer ARTROOM credit which expires after one year.
If I do not agree with a policy, how can I get in contact with someone to discuss the situation further?
If you do not agree with something or feel like something is not being handled properly, please feel free to send an email to our email@example.com email and we will push your message along to our Director.
