Clay is loved by all! In this camp intensive, students will learn to throw on the wheel and make various vessels -  including cups, bowls, and pots of different shapes and sizes. They will learn all aspects of using the potter’s wheel: preparing the clay, centering it on the wheel, forming a shape, and finishing a piece, as well as how to trim and glaze their work. Students must come in clothes that can get dirty. Camps include a bag of clay for each student, glazes, materials, and firing. Pieces will take at least 2-3 weeks to finish firing after camp and we will reach out once they are ready for pick-up. Previous experience is not required!

Please note: We cannot prorate the price for this camp, as spots are limited. If your child cannot attend all 3 days of camp, we do not recommend registering as each day is needed when building this intense skill.
