| The Art Room is a studio offering art instruction to children and adults in downtown Lafayette, California. Our students hail from the Lamorinda area, Walnut Creek, Danville, Berkeley, Concord, Pleasant Hill and other East Bay cities. Students experience and enjoy the creative process while learning the skills needed to create a work of art with pride. Our goal is to achieve a balance between process and product. |

We provide a positive and nurturing learning experience that encourages our students to use their imagination. At the same time students begin to acquire an art vocabulary and are introduced to well known artists.
The Art Room can provide after school programs at your school site. Our teachers already travel to many Bay Area schools to teach in our extensive programs, and we'd love to add your school to our growing list! We also do birthday parties! Contact us for more information about these offerings, which are always customized to your unique requirements.
