These two six-week sessions will cover Impressionists and Post-Impressionists, like Monet, Manet, Degas, Cezanne, Renoir, Degas, Seurat, Van Gogh, Gauguin, and Toulouse-Lautrec. Some of these classes will be done in our beautiful yard in the true style of the Impressionists, painting in the open air, or as the French say “en plein air.” Learn to observe nature and lighting, from sparkling sunlight to moody foggy days, and to suggest their effects in your paintings by placing colors next to each other in the Impressionistic style.
